Mga tsong, jlee ang user name nung tinutukoy namin ni joey. di ko alam kung ano status nya sa bidshot pero kung active pa rin sya, maging cautious lang kayo sa magiging transactions nyo.
check nyo rin yung feedback nya para makita nyo ang sinasabi namin. Sya kasi yung nagbenta sa kin ng transformers vcd, sabi nya pwede sa regular vcd players. pwede nga pero ang daming glitches at hindi maganda ang quality! Pero pag sa PC, ok ang playback, e alangan namang panoorin namin ng barkada ko sa PC no!!! E 14" lang ang monitor ko e tapos 5 kami sa barkada. bad trip talaga!
so ingat kayo sa isang ito. ciao dudes!

Kala ko di na ma open yang topic .. well ... naging customer na rin nya ako before ...ok rin naman ... pero nung nakita ko nga yung feedback nya 150 (medyo nag duda ako kasi kapag na view mo yung mga items na binili ni Superman .. lahat pare-pareho ... tapos si Jlee lang ang may feedback yung si superman wala?) .. tapos when i saw one message board .... ayun dun na nag start yung mga normal na alitan .. pero i hope wala dito sa ating board? thanks woodie520  |

I think he s still active, and ka-competensya ko pa nga sya sa binili nya sa akin eh and even sell it a lower price.  . But that's not an issue, an issue here is fraud to appear credible, ang masama pa nito ay baka gayahin ng ibang users, i do hope this thing is being address at the customer service of Bidshot. how frustating such an active auctioneer na mag-create pa ng dummy account and used that account para mag-gain ng feedback, imbes na maging credible pa, lalong di tuloy kaming mag-ti-tiwala. Kaya users beware to deal with this guy. |

I guess the best thing to do na lang nga is to let him be and hopefully he won't be a bother to other more legitimate members.

The following is a copy of the email i sent to Bidshot:
Dear Bidshot friends,
First I would like to commend you on the stellar job you guys have done with this auction site. You have always addressed every inquiry and problem I have presented with admirable speed and fairness. It is in this light that I would like to present to you another problem of mine.
I have recently received a NEGATIVE FEEDBACK from such person with the username of "D|@bl0z".
I would vehemently like to protest this occurrence and request that you strike this negative feedback from my record.
I present the following reasons to support my claim:
1) this person bid and won the following auction of mine: PALM VX with FREE case Item # 1018292625
after winning this person made no response to my countless text messages and e-mails (even after a month)
2) this person has done this same thing to many other LEGITIMATE members of Bidshot
3) this person has accumulated no less than 10 NEGATIVE FEEDBACKS;
Meaning his account should already have been terminated long before he had the chance to give me a negative feedback
I will expect nothing less than the same SWIFT and FAIR response that you have provided me in the past.
I hope that you understand my position in the matter and will do what you can to correct the situation.

Napudpud na ang 8850 sa kakatext last night didn't get any reply requesting for his confirmation of today's meet at SM Megamall. Finally called him up after many attempts ayan! sumagot na rin....kausap ko personally. Tanong nya uli kung OK ba yanng optical mouse and what brand. Makulit talaga ito!-does not read the description of item page or my email as I've reiterated again a number of times pati sa text para sigurado matanggap ang messages ko. Ok back to biz..ok daw tuloy na sa Megamall. Came Today Sunday 10:30Am Texted him and called up after not receiving any replies...tuwing tawag ring ng ring tapos..biglang busy..ayan dumating na ang reply. Sabi nya..txt me at this number..nagpadala siya ng biz card nya. Tawag uli ako txt uli ayan nagreply na! To quote:"Pre.l D2 pa me sa may ayala.Hrap.Trafic.Bka ma l8 me"(I thought Traffic sa Ayala..Sunday???). Nyway I texted back. "ok, txt me na lng kung nasa megamall ka na. I wud take my lunch." After lunch texted him again and again and again...walang reply...called him up through my mobile phone...ang daming ring...paulit-ulit ang dial ko wala ring sagot... >:(Getting fed up so I texted back and quote:" nakakahalata na ako na manloloko ka. Kanina pa ako tawag ng tawag, text ng text wala kang sagot...Pinaaasa mo ako dto sa kahihintay sa wala..ano ba tuloy ka ba???Sabay ang tawag ko uli wala rin sagot.. ayun..nagtext uli to quote:"And2 me makati. Pasundo c ate. Ksi hatid namin c lola sa makati med 4 checkup. Sory kun d ako sagot.Naka silent mde ksi me.Sory d pumunta acording 2 plan." BUL..nutsT!!! DIS GUY IS A BASTARD..A BOGUS BIDDER. joeyrodil If you come accross them, please email customersupport@bidshot.com kaagad. We'll try to weed all of the bogus bidders out. I think that most of the few bogus bidders are first timers who don't know about the auction proccess. I think first timers who commit an infraction on their first transaction should have their account terminated. Only this way can Bidshot show that it means business. I was more than accomodating as in this guy's case to meet him at Megamall knowing him to be a first timer despite not knowing about the auction process but as days pass by I got the feeling that this guy would be A BOGUS BIDDER. I was proven right!! |

i don't accept the excuse about being a first timer and NOT knowing the rules.
LAHAT naman tayo naging first timer e. and if you know how to read then you should know what the rules are.
IGNORANCE is never an excuse for not following the rules and not communicating with the other person.
If you make a mistake then admit it to the other person. who knows maybe they will be nice enough to accomodate you.
If not, then honor the commitment you made and stick to the sale agreement!
