eTO...nestor Jardeleza...he swapped his T39m w/ my 6210..he told me na ok daw yung phone..i agreed to swap it and it worked for about two weeks...i never dropped or abuse the phone just normal usage....after 2 weeks...no network signal na...i had it checked sa Semicon and found out na me history of repairs na ito w/ the same problem..and the phone is unrepairable na...leche talaga..i was conned talaga...bad trip...HANDLE nya ADR...tel# [phone]..tinataguan na ko ng hayop na to..pag nakita ko to sasagasaan ko to e.

That's the consequence that you have to pay when buying a second hand cellphone.

You should have tested the unit before you have accepted it.

Napakatagal na ng 2 weeks para i test mo ung unit. Anything can happen in 14 days. Pwede mong sabihin na di mo nahulog or you have'nt even touched it but how can you prov0e it.

I don't know this guy but let's try getting his side of the story.


As a suggestion, lets just avoid these two. Avoid dealing with Nestor Jardeleza as well as Giselle.

Let's not deal with these Nestor coz he had a reputation of selling damaged cellphones (according to Giselle). Same is with Giselle. I also had a customer who bought my Laptop before and after a month, he's telling me that its damaged. Common, Kahit nga sa mga mall, 3 days lang ang warranty ng opeline na bnew cell e yan pa second hand. 14 days is too much na matest mo yan and anything can happen in 14 days. Pwedeng sira at pinagawa lang then na aggravate because of your own mistake coz kung sira yan talaga, it wouldnt have work fine in 14 days.

I hope bidshot could have an HONEST SELLER AS WELL AS AN HONEST BUYER.

May mga risks involved when you are buying electronic items either brand new or second hand. These items may work fine today but may just conked out anytime though brand new ones really would be an advantage.HIDDEN DEFECTS could be another cause for concern too as these won't be apparent at first and some sellers won't be honest enough to inform a buyer and would represent such as in good condition.

My advice then would be to buy from AUTHORIZED DEALERS to avail of the warranty if ever something wrong happens. But if you are after a bargain or much lower price or a gut feeling that no problems are expected, willing to gamble by all means be ready to accept whatever misfortunes may come your way. Of course not all second hand items are defective-whether said items have hidden defects only the seller knows ;D If the seller is one you can trust with items he sells then go ahead! But if you have doubts, ask pointblank: NAREPAIR NA BA ITO KAHIT PAPAANO If you ask any defects sagot ay NONE talaga naman sabihin wala kahit napaayos na yan! Its working naman when you got it-see?
Ingat na lang. bidding in auctions is a thrill but remember SOMETIMES U WIN ;D SOMETIMES U LOSE

Ok ka lang ? i checked the phone b4 i swapped it,have i known na may history ng defects un i would not have dared to exchange it with him...i asked him kung defective ba or may history ...he said no...and besides kung wala siyang kasalanan bkt sya magtatago.....and for your info po....my 6210 has an 8 month warranty pa sa semicon...so ke sira yun or what..he can still have it repaired or changed....so b4 you say anything against me...check ur facts first stupid.

ako naman e minura ni parity thru sms when i gave him a negative feedback. he bid on my item and then said a few days after the auction close that he was 'sorta cash strapped' daw. i was at a forgiving mood at that time so i let him go without any negative feedback. a few days later i found out that he bought 2 items totalling over 5k at bidshot, e 2.5k lang yung item ko. sa inis ko e i gave him a negative feedback. nung nabasa niya he sent me an sms with this message:

'Ok lang p*tang ina mo g*go p*tang ina mo talaga. f*ck u wala kang kwenta.'

so i replied by telling him that i was going to report the sms he sent to ntc. he replies by saying sorry at hindi daw siya ang nagtext nun. yeah right...

then email ng email sa akin giving me sh*t i didn't need. oh well, the things people do.

this girl bid on my item and asked that she be given a week to sched our meeting. a week later she sends me an sms saying na di niya na daw kukunin yung item ko, ok so what's new? so i give her a negative feedback and retaliates by giving me one too saying 'you can't take a hint man'. hmmm, hirap talaga makipagdeal sa mga bogus.

I won 2 items from Hobbit

Apparently Hobbit always prefers to meet arnd alabang area since he lives in Lipa City, I hav to schedule it coz im not comfortable going to that place either. Some Hobbit friend apparently texted me telling me that the Crawling Spiderman is out of stock and I hav to wait until it becomes available - 09178991256. To my surprise Hobbit already left a feedback for both items and continuously asking me to leave my own feedback for the items. I even exchanged txts wit this guy. Wen I finally want 2 pick-up items I tried calling the number but to my surpirise he doesn't answer. Its always ringing for 3 days. Finaly another Hobbit friend asked me to just reach him wit a new number - 09172001566. The same thing happend wen I tried calling the other number.

I finally was able to get hold of Hobbit and even called my office and told me he doesn't know the 2 numbers and the items were already picked up by a neighbor of mine with a red corolla. Well unfortunately he doesn't remember how he was able to contact that person but strangely I haven't exchanged txts with him before and never replied to my e-mail. Hmmm strange talaga! 1 of his feedbacks even described me as understanding.

Wow! Totoo ba talaga ito? Whos telling the truth? I know Hobbit has a great feedback rating and he even sounded very courteous to me. But are there bidshooters really going out of their way, posing as somebody else just to get items that they didn't win?
