[glow=red,2,300]How did i know Bidshot? [/glow]  ;D  My first local auction transaction actually was in PinoyAuctions, that was when i purchased my 6210. It was an accident then kaya ko nalaman ang Bidshot, like Woodie, nasa Pinoyauctions din ako nagbibid at may nakita akong link sa Bidshot, nung sinundan ko ito, nakita kong may messageboard at online inquiries, kaya mas ok, at high tech pa yung registration, using your cellphone pa and a valid email address. [glow=red,2,300]When  [/glow] ;D It was in the middle of May, 2001 when i join (whew naka-kaisang taon na pala ako  ). Nag-hahanap ako ng speakers na medyo mura nun, and ang una kong naka-transact si nicpal . It was a swift and hassle free transaction, kaya nawili na ako, yun sunod sunod na and mabilis pa yung customer support sa iyong mga query if there's a problem. Then i already invited some users. * Same here: my first sale was in pinoyauctions (i sold my palm V) after that, matagal na wala.
* Then about two months ago i decided i wanted to sell my palm Vx.
* a friend told me to try Bidshot kasi ok daw yun
* So i signed up tapos... NAKAKA-ADDICT pala tong online auction na to.
* tuloy-tuloy ako mag sell (and sometimes BUY) ;D

dun ako dati nagbi-bid or nagbebenta sa eAuctions. alam ko na rin yung bidshot nun kaso mas nagustuhan ko yung eAuctions kasi mas marami ang nagbebenta ng comics (kasama ko dun si Cool Republic, then known as Dreamworld). kaso nagsara na yung eAuctions kaya sa Bidshot na ko lumipat! ;D ;D ;D (sorry ha, 2nd choice ko lang talaga non ang Bidshot)
pero ngayon syempre dito na ko! kahit may eBili pa, #1 pa rin sa kin ang Bidshot. May balita nga ako na babalik ang eAuctions around July or August pero hindi na ko lilipat don.

My first online auction experience was at ebili.com on May 2001(1 year na pala!) as a seller of Genius QuickPhoto/Slide Scanner.However my first transaction to be did not materialize as the buyer was interested with a flatbed scanner-he did not read the descriptions posted. He personally came to my office-surprised what he saw and apologized for his oversight - for that I did not leave a negative nor any feedback as the guy anyway was sincere and showed up naman. Then as a first time buyer bought an Ultra Q 3D Audio Component. Never did I entertain the idea then the risks as I have to deposit to seller's account before the item would be shipped to me through Fedex. Uy! I was thrilled when I received a day after naka-packaged sa carton aside from the original box..imported pala ito 110V (seller did informed me about it).ok pala! I thought...then I discovered BIDSHOT at the same time through the Philippine Star. High Tech ang BIDSHOT! as I did not waste any time to register immediately. My first online auction experience with BIDSHOT was as a SELLER too of the Genius Quick Photo and Slide Scanner. My first successful transaction! Then the first Negative Feedback I posted for an irresponsible bidder who did not show up at all though I was able to get in touch but subsequently avoided me despite repeated followups. Since then I've been on a selling and buying spree at ebili and BIDSHOT. Eventually though I felt at home more with BIDSHOT- chalking up more transactions and positive feedbacks as against ebili(currently only 36 Positive feedbacks excluding those who did not reciprocate my gesture- around 10 missing in action  |

I used to do my auctions in Surfin' Bananas (which went really bananas! ;D) Then out of nothing I just tumble on Bidshot in January 2001 - since then ay dito na ako!  |

Nag-start ako mag-auctions sa EBili, with the referral of my friend Poppa_bear, kaso ang HIRAP mag-close ng deal at mahirap makipag-communicate sa buyer or seller. Then one time nag-bid ako sa isang item (Sony Playstation Model No. 7501) ni ALDRINPSX, I was the only bidder but I didn't reach the reserve price so I didn't won the item and he told me that it was already sold in www.bidshot.com. So I visited the website and as they say: "THE REST IS HISTORY"[/color][/size] Ngayon pati si Poppa_bear nandito na rin and we're still encouraging some of our friends to join us!!! To ALDRINPSX - though you don't it, THANKS for referring me to BidShot!!! You're the MAN!!! Hope I can deal with you someday! |

ako, i started s bidshot ung nauso ung HAPPY BIRTHDAY BIDSHOT!!! ;D ;D ;D una pa txt, txt lang ako ng HAPPY BIRTHDAY sa bidshot kc baka manalo ako e. ;D ;D ;D tpos nagregister ako. and sbi ko try ko nga i post ung 8110 ko. Dats where i got my first negative. Kc, ung nagbid, bid ng bid, d nman pla bibilhin! But i also got my 1st positive k ravenclaw, though nag transact kmi tru my frend (d kmi nagkita), ok k deal un, and very understanding pa. den 2loy 2loy na, kc nakakawili. Khit n madami kang makakaaway, madami ka dng magiging kaibigan! |

I started at eauctions.ph - my name there is Big Kahuna, I was disposing a lot of stuff and I disposed some there, nakalimutan ko na kung sino yung first buyer ko, pero I got a lot of friends while I was there - I met cool republic there who is collector's republic. Alam ko na rin yung bidshot that time, but I love the spirit of unity there...
Nung nagsara ang eauctions, I switched to bidshot - my first item sold was my SoulSaga and sold to Ollie, the first item I bought was some X-Men from bigben. Since then, I got hooked = easier dito, accurate feedback ('di ka basta-basta makaka-feedback), double communication (e-mail and text), messageboards, kulang na lang is bidding by proxy which was pioneered by eauctions.
By the way, my bestfriend (na hindi registered sa bidshot) was the first to tell me about bidshot.

When: August 2000. BidShot wasn't even online yet! I was the 20th person to register (since beta version and in-house testing lang siya).
I'm not sure if any you remember how it first looked. If you want a pic, email me at vince@bidshot.com and I'll look for a pic. Dati we only had SMS for bidding.... the registration, message board, notifications, all came within the year. The present look is actually BOA (bidshot online auctions) ver 2.0. The look hasnt changed but there are many internal changes to BOA. Here's the good news: there are tons more features coming out. Stay tuned.

One suggestion lang: in My Page when you click on My selling activity sana the items that are listed are categorized by active and inactive auctions. it's kinda hard to read through especially if you've sold a lot of items already |

Just like JoeyRodil ... sa PinoyAuctions ako dati ... pero di ko gusto yung way of transaction between seller/buyer .... tapos one time may gusto akong item sa pinoyauctions na saying " don't bid here ... just go to my item post @ Bidshot[/color] .... Tapos that's the start of my whole new world of buying and selling ..... i think June 2001 yun? di ko na matandaan yung aking date of registration? woody |
