Here are some of my suggestions. Feel free to add more to it or edit/delete some which are not applicable.
1. NO SWEARING.
Pwede kayong magmura as an expression. Pero bawal ang murahin ang ibang tao.
2. NO OFFENDING WORDS AND RUDE REMARKS.
State your opinion and thoughts in an intellectual and respectful manner. No name-bashing, no insults, no fighting.
3. AVOID REDUNDANT THREADS.
Browse the forum first. Use the search link above.
4. Don't use the 'quote' button when you are quoting or replying to the message right before you... just reply "re: neildeleon" or something else.
6. NO PERSONAL MESSAGES
The Private Messages or PM was made for this purpose. Personal messages intended for a specific person should not be posted here. Just PM him or her. (We will automatically delete your post unless requested for some important reasons.)
7. AVOID PERSONALIZED TOPICS
Please don't create threads which revolve around you and you alone such as "neildeleon's Thread: Ask me anything you want" or "I am new here. Welcome me."
8. POST IN THE RIGHT FORUM.
If it's about Nokia Cellular Phones, go to NOKIA. If you have problems regarding the message board, go to PROBLEMS/SUGGESTIONS.
9. NO ALIENATION!
Post a thread wherein EVERYBODY can contribute and majority can relate to. Avoid creating threads which are not relevant to more or less all the members of this board.
10. NO UNNECESSARY ATTACHMENTS
Please refrain from attaching files which are not connected to the topic of the thread. Posters who are fond of attaching pictures to their every post will be warned. If the warning is ignored, then his/her post will just be automatically deleted.
11. FOR THE NEWBIES
Refrain from creating a thread just to introduce yourself. If you have any questions regarding the board, go to the FAQ thread at the Problems/Suggestions Forum.
Threads and posts which defy these rules will be DELETED IMMEDIATELY.

Just in case someone thinks or has been thinking, why was my post deleted? or moved, or edited? Please Read the following..
Forum Moderator may have to..
MOVE Threads/Topics
1. Threads considered to have been posted in the wrong forum will be moved to the correct forum and the will user will not be informed(unless we're not lazy to inform you), either within the originating forum or pm or by e-mail.
2. If your thread already has the same topic... we will merge it to that related thread.
CLOSE Topics
Topics will be closed if the query has been addressed and users keep replying to it, or if a user keeps bumping it up to the top and the Topic has been addressed, or if the Topic is used for anything that is not pertaining to the original question.
Topics may be closed if considered complete, or solved. This will stop the bumping up of Topics or users 'kidnapping a thread.'
DELETE Topics
Topics will be deleted for the following reasons:
Spam / Advertising.
Topics that are derogatory to other users.
Duplicate Topics from the same user.
Any post that is considered inappropriate for a public forum.
Its is your duty as a Poster to read the RnR. If your post was deleted, then it violated one of the RnRs. We will not PM you regarding the deletion or merging of your thread.
