Mga pre, wag na natin pagtulungan si supaq. Ang importante basta good quality customer service ang pinapakita niya. No prob sa akin yun. ;D

I think meron na syang naperwisyo, nagsumbong sa akin ang dalawang users sa Bidshot named

nel_e and houki

According to nel_e , after yata indyanin siya ni Cheap_seller sa isang transaction and after a heated argument in their messageboard, ay bigla na lang may nag-sabotahe sa auction niya (nel_e), how?, two bogus users randolph(-1) and sl@cker(-2) just use the buy now option in one of nel_e auction, then without even transacting just give nel_e a negative feedback item(1025063677 and 1026983478 ) and read the feedbacks of the two bogus users, seems identical, are this users getting revenge in behalf of Cheap_seller what a coincidence hmmm. Kilala ko si nel_e and marami na rin sa inyo ang nakapagtransact sa kanya, i sana this are coincidental lang kay Cheap_seller, kasi siya ang huling nakabangga ni nel_e after this event. If this is true, there are lot of users Cheap_seller is conspiring in Bidshot, tsk tsk tsk.

Another new bidshooter houki (a gal), after an agreement with Cheap_seller for items for swap for a game boy, but unfortunately the deal did not consumated because Cheap_seller sold the item to other bidder. That's the time houki reacted to this, because they already have an agreement, and warn him that he will place a negative feedback on their transaction. Cheap_seller then called her on the telephone and exchange heated arguments and even threatened to kill her, because of this houki called me to give her an advice and even consulted a lawyer to file a criminal charge against Cheap_seller for a case of slander ( a grave life threatening case).

And according to houki, Cheap_seller is just a high school student with age less than 18, as of description of supaQTVLAd himself and also say that his faher is also against him selling or transacting in Internet (just what supaQTvlad say in his disclaimer)

Bidshot rules state that less than 18 years of age cannot participate in Online auction.

I think Bidshot should act on this matter quickly, as their are many complaints coming from this user.

And now Cheap_seller/supaQTVLAd , it's now your turn to explain your side.

Im calling nel_e and houki to post your comments on this thread and also to speed up your case against Cheap_seller

I'll tell you why he no longer has active auctions. He removed them after I told him I was going to file charges against him for slander and threat to kill. Got scared I guess *shrug* Not that he's got any reason not to because I'm dead serious when I said I am going to sue him. I already talked to two of my lawyers this morning, and all that's left is getting his full info (w/c hopefully bidshot will provide), and organizing all the paperwork left before we go to the prosecutor's/fiscal's office.

And you, Cheap_Seller, I know you're logged in because I saw your name on the list of currently online members here on the boards as of this moment, I hope you've learned ur lesson, and if u still haven't, u'll learn it the hard way coz I heard that correctional facilities have a way of altering people's minds.

However, I'm a very considerate person. And I also happen to be a civlized human being who was brought up by reputable parents, thankfully, with good manners and proper breeding. So with much ambiguity, I am allowing you to contact me for an off-court settlement on or before August 5, 2002 (Monday). If you do not contact me within that given period or we do not reach an agreeable settlement, I will be forced to automatically proceed with filing a lawsuit, a criminal charge to be exact, to the office of the prosecutor for a hearing in the regional trial court.

There is no excuse, nor any reason that will justify your acts. And for one who claims to come from a "respectable family" and attaining upright education, seems he lacks lessons on good behavior and being a gentleman.

Despite all this, I'm giving you a chance, that of which you begged of me only after you found out the consequences of your acts, and which you would not have asked for if the situation was otherwise. So consider my offer as very gracious, and if I were you, I'd be careful where I put my mouth, and foot next time.

And just for the record, you deserve none of my sympathy, forgiveness or pity. And especially not my kindness... I must be crazy to have given you the chance to work this out, but I feel sorry for ur parents more than you, because you have been playing them both for fools, not to mention the rest of us in bidshot...

I will never forget the night that you called me through my phone and started yelling at me right off the bat. Despite my calm nature in reasoning with you, u still continued with ur abrasive behavior and even went as far as calling me undesirable names, swearing at me and finally threatening to kill me, when you're the one who happens to be at fault. You wouldn't even have apologized had I not informed you of my intent to file a complaint against u.

If you ask me, I think ur not apologizing because you really are sorry. I think you're only apologizing because you're afraid of getting into trouble.

No matter. I'll keep my word, because unlike you, I do have a word of honor. I will allow you to make contact with me for an agreeable settlement before my given date. Feel very grateful that I keep on informing you of the steps I plan to take, so as to give you an oppurtunity to talk things over with me. It's the same logic I used in telling you before-hand that I might be leaving you a negative feedback, but what do I get from it? Name calling, curses, excessive yelling, and threats. And for you to be doing that to a girl?? You should be ashamed of yourself! In my opinion, you have no right to call or even think of urself as either gentleman, or a civilized individual.

Let this be a lesson to people concerned na we are part of the Bidshot community and as such to render RESPECT with whoever we deal with either as buyer or seller, and to be HONEST above all. Let us be
SERIOUStoo with what we do at Bidshot Online Auctions or in any auction site for that matter-whether as buyer or seller. If we are ill-mannered here or our conduct undeserving dito na lang sa BOA then that would necessarily reflect on one's upbringing. Better to be censured here sa forum na ito for people at fault to shape up-sort of a training ground-than to be a menace and evil member of society where the law will take its course. Sa mga nakasala mabuti na lang mag-make up for whatever wrongdoings ang nagawa sa inyong kapwa. Wala naman mawawala-di naman mababawasan ang pagkalalaki or pagkamacho niyo. Gagaan pa ang loob niyo if you take the really SINCERE step to make amends.

So this came about just because of a minor thing sana di na umabot sa ganun. As for the failure of 'houki' to close the auction as requested by 'supaqtvlad' I'm just wondering why supaqtvlad did not 'buy now' para maclose na ang auction. If somebody did bid and not chose the buy now option assuming that reserve price was not yet met supaqtvlad can outbid the other bidder until such time reserve price has been met. Kahit na reserve price was met the decision whether or not to end the auction earlier than the original auction end date rests with the seller . Kung ayaw ng seller to close the auction earlier then wala talagang magagawa ang buyer. It did happen to me a couple of times when I requested the seller to close the auction earlier and award the item to me but I was informed that the other bidder also requested the same thing. So I just leave it at that and wait till after 5 hours elapsed as I can still outbid or anybody can outbid me at the last minute as long as no specific info was posted na Sold na talaga to a particular buyer.
