It depends on the "Policy" and/or "Terms & Conditions" of the website. A local bank here is incorporated under Philippines laws (and subject to regulation by SEC, BSP, and other financial institutions governing bodies) so it is compelled to furnish private information on an account upon order by the proper court.
Websites on the other hand are governed by international laws on commerce. If their domain name extension is .ph, they also have to conform with Philippine laws.

Abt him being Randolf or Slacker, i tink, isnt true. Kc way b4, sum1 alredi blurted out n c Randolf is actually "Daxz", "CrushandBurn", "Daxyboy", and now currently ucing d ucername "Aiden". Abt d case nman betwin "Cheap_Seller" and "Houki"... Hmm, kc d other night, "supaQTvLad", a.k.a. "cheap_seller" txted me abt wat happend betwin dem. Dey wer dealing dw and in d process n n close n ata. "supaqtvlad" told "houki" 2 close n d item in bidshot. kya lng she faild dw 2 do so. and may nag buynow ng item nya. kya naipit dw cya. wen "supaqtvlad" calld dw explaining n may nag buynow ng item nya and dyahe nga nman dw f d nya dun binigay. (i havnt cheked dis out, but un ang sbi nya, d ko dn alm kng cnu ung nagbuy now). den "houki" nman dw started yelling at him... cursing dn ata... etc... basta, kabaliktaran ng sinasbi ni "houki". he admitted nman n may nsbi cya n d maganda but to let her shut up lng dw. he called her up nman dw again 2 apologize dun s nsabi nya, but sbi dw s kniya dat she wil file a case against him.... he hsnt givn up calling her daw 2 apologize bt her buk was close n. den reading nman "houki's" side. i dnt knw wat to make of it. i suggest that u "supaqtvlad" n giv in n nmkipag usap k nlang wid "houki". pero dpat may middle man kc baka mag heat up nnman ung argument e. Even after everything that has happened he’s still continuously spreading lies… I suppose he’s not afraid of hell---only prison… I would convey the whole story right here and now, so everyone will know once and for all just what kind of person Cheap_Seller really is. But the details might scar him for life, and rather unfortunate for me that I do know how to show some degree of compassion despite the unending mendacity this poor excuse for a man is displaying, so for the time being, I digress. Besides, I don't want to jeopardize the case that I am about to file in court. I believe we are not allowed to reveal publicly any details involving the case once the charges have been filed. A word to the wise. Menchit, be careful in dealing with this person in case you still are. Guaranteed, everything he told you was nothing but a pack of lies. EACH and EVERYONE. I'll stake my reputation on it. I'll give you a freebie for now, but the cost is gonna be expensive the next time around. I talked to Cheap_Seller, not SupaQTVLad. It's up to you to figure out the rest of the equation. Hint: The answer lies beneath the mystery surrounding the "brother". Oh, and just for the record, he NEVER told me to "Buy Now". Nor did he inform me that he already sold/was going to sell the item to someone else. And neither did I, at any time, curse, yell, or swear at him during our conversation through phone, or by text. I have been taught better. And for that much I am grateful to my parents. It is not in my nature to verbally abuse someone, whether it be through phone or in person. You can ask all the people I was fortunate enough to have been able to interact and deal with in bidshot, as well as personal friends and acquaintances. I am sure they will attest to my disposition as far from being someone who would do something he accuses me of. As for YOU little boy, I'll see you in court one of these days, honey. Tanong ko lang po, pwede ba yun? ibibigay ng bidshot ang private information ng user to a lawyer? wala ba tayong privacy na hindi makita ng kahit sino ung real identities and location natin? di naman sa me kinatatakot ako pero kasi sa min sa bank di pwede i disclose anything about a client, unless government ang nag request (cases of plunder and money laundering)..... yun lang po, sana maliwanagan ako....  Well, there are instances when proven that if there is an unlawful act committed, people or establishments are obliged to reveal private information. As for the gov't thing, it's not actually the "gov't" they are required to give information to, but the court. Therefore, it's not only the gov't that can obtain private information, but basically everyone who is priveleged enough to have been given permission by the court. Remember, warrants are issued through the court also ergo even gov't officials need to go through a certain process, or in this case, the court to obtain permission to gain access to the information they want. So it's the same, whether it be the gov't or it's citizens. The court is the one who decides. But it does not have to be as complicated as that. If Bidshot's policies include protecting their users, then I'm pretty sure they will gladly help those who underwent such a terrible plight. Or if that does not work out, I still have another trump card to find out the info which I need, but it takes a bit of time, so I'd rather wait for bidshot to accomodate me first before I try to do anything else. Another alternative would be, if someone in bidshot helpred me out with this. That would be extremely nice if someone did extend me a helping hand. |

The law is actually more severe on it's punishments when it comes to pornography more than anything else (with regards to videos and visuals that is). I think the only reason Bidshot hasn't taken 'em down is because no one really does complain about it anyway. |
