I bought 2 cellphones, my first portable MD, blank mds, cosmetics, and some small items sa ebay. Dun ko din na try mag buy ng information on how to get free items. Ok sana because dun talaga ako nakakahanap ng very cheap na items but the problem is minsan although the seller agrees to ship worldwide, pag nag ask na ako to ship to the Philippines.. ayaw nila. Even if I point out that I don't have neg feedback ayaw pa din. This happened to me 4x na. Seems those 4 sellers had a bad experience witha buyer from here.
About paypal, its services does not extend to the Philippines. I use bidpay instead. A friend of mine naman sometimes uses escrow pag high value yung item.
