guys,
there's this guy who wanna make pasikat at bidshot posting to beware of me, Item # 1028126782, i would not comment on this anymore whether he replies his side of his story on this thread or not.
here's the story:
I won a cd-rom from him but was in palawan, tamang suspetsa ba naman kse me mga deals pa rin ako eventhough i'm out of town. Nakakainis, kase nung kukunin ko na through my brother kse he finish my dealings for me, ang dami pa sinasabi. I just told him na negative feedback na lang nya ako kse wala sya kwenta ka deal. A lot of you members here already know me and have dealt with me before, like beeper, aldrin, and shotgun, you know me, i always keep my deals. Ewan ko lang to si hackerjack, gusto ata mag pasikat. Binanatan pa ko hacker daw sya, natakot tuloy ako. hehehe.
By the way, pwede ba sa bidshot.com yung ganung mga posts nya? I think the administrators of the site should do something about it.

Beware of user jepp14 (Jeff Domingo). He’s a liar. He is not a good and honest businessman. He withholds negative information (non-disclosure of defects) about his merchandise and refuses to replace defective items sold by him. He does not believe in “HONESTY IS THE BEST POLICY”. His only policy is “NO RETURN, NO EXCHANGE”.
jepp14 is also not a good bidder. He hides after winning bids. His best and only defense is “Just compare our feedbacks”.
He made a winning bid on my item and we agreed to meet on July 13, 2002 at SM North Edsa (Wendy’s). When July 13 came, he texted me, “Bro, cant get muna ur cd-r0m. Im here in palawan 4 two weeks. Can u wait til I get bk?” I replied that it’s OK for me to wait.
On July 23, I reviewed the feedbacks that he received. I was surprised to know that he had several transactions from July 13 onwards. I made random confirmations with his buyers, some of which confirmed having personally met jepp14 within the two weeks period that jepp14 is supposed to be in Palawan. Having learned that jepp14 is playing hide & seek with me, I emailed him and told him that I have discovered something about him. He replied that he can already get my item thru his brother. He reiterated that he is still in Palawan and that his brother Geri is the one taking care of his transactions while he is gone.
On July 24, I texted him and inquired if Geri is his “identical twin” brother, because a person who looks like Jeff, sounds like Jeff, and acts like Jeff met his buyers to deliver the items (sold by Jeff). To this, he replied “Alam m marami ka duda. Cge give me na lang a negative fidbk, I w0nt get ur item anym0re. Write as u wish.”
Actually, hindi ako duda. I’M SURE. I just want to uncover an UN-TRUSTWORTHY user. A liar.
So, I gave him a negative feedback. “Hardcore LIAR. DON'T TRUST. Hide & seek artist.” His comment on my feedback is “compare our feedbacks, and tell me if i'm a liar. didn't get his item coz he's too suspicious. think he's a real hacker, nakakatawa…”
In return, he gave me a negative feedback which reads “hacker daw sya. nakakatakot. just compare our feedbacks dude.”. To which I replied, “You are out of issue. Just comment on your being a LIAR. My being a hacker DOESN'T have any effect on our transaction.”.
I have collected negative feedbacks that Jeff received from other users, and one reads like this, “did not replace disk”. To which he replied “this guy is the worst kind of buyer!! and all the shoes and perfumes he sells are FAKE!” Please take note that in all occasions above, his replies are out of the topic and he does not answer or address the issue. Very immature. (And he did not replace the defective disk. “No Return, No Exchange” lang ang policy na alam niya.)
Another negative feedback that he received is “Won the bid and ready to pay but did not even reply to my SMS and e-mail.” to which he did not comment. Take note that in ALL occasions above, he does not deny the allegations about him. Ibig sabihin, TOTOO KASI.
Below are the negative feedbacks that he gave other users. (Sorry to be too detailed. We are actually dissecting the guy here.)
“i have to give u a negative because u became an irresponsible bidder.” to which the other user replied “am just wonderin why this disk is "pre-censored". parental lock is fixed”
“ordered items but did not get them. kept giving me the run around.”. The other user replied “for the record, the item is still w/ u. It's defective and u havnt replaced it.”
“gave him th item. did not pay. keeps giving me run around. its been 1 month” Other party’s reply is “correction, u left the item. if i wasn't trustworthy i will not go to the trouble of informing you.”
The foregoing evidences that Jeff does not replace sold items that turned out to be defective. He’s also a liar. That’s how he sells his items. He withholds hidden defects. He does not make full disclosures. How can we trust a user like jepp14?
At BidShot, we bid items that we did not personally saw and pre-inspected. We bid based on trust. We trust that the description of the item we wanted to buy is TRUE, ACCURATE and COMPLETE. But if the user who made the description is a LIAR and selfish businessman, paano na?

Sorry sa sobrang habang kwento. I just wanted the story to be complete and accurate and TRUTHFUL.
I think users should not transact with a seller/buyer based on the number of feedbacks received by the seller/buyer alone. One with numerous feedbacks may simply mean that selling at BidShot is his/her MAIN business activity, while one with less feedbacks may mean that he/she is only an OCCASSIONAL buyer/seller.
It's very immature na gawin basis of judment ang dami ng feedbacks kung sino ang tama. "Just compare our feedbacks, dude"- OKEY ba naman 'yan?
It would be more politically correct to analyze the quality and true nature of negative feedbacks a user received to determine if it's valid or not. Minsan, sa comment pa lang, malalaman mo na kung sino ang may kasalanan.
I'm new here, but I expect to be at equal footing with other users who had been around much much earlier.
To those who invited me to raise this issue here, thank you guys!

mr hackerjack, alam mo ba ang istorya nung ke yellz? about that "did not replace disk" thing? ayoko ko na kwento sa yo kse baka magduda ka na naman e tamang duda ka pa naman. anyway, sana tanungin mo na lang sya, hindi yung mag sa side comment ka pa di mo naman alam. Regarding the feedbacks, duon mo makikita kung sino ang reliable at not so reliable dito. Kase most of us "regular" members here know each other kaya nagmumukha ka lang engot pag nag popost ka ng "beware of jepp14" stuff sa bidshot.com. Naka receive ka na ba ng warning sa email mo? Baguhan ka pa nga siguro. also, hindi porke marami na feedbacks ang isang member dito, "REGULAR" job nya na yon, lahat kami halos dito hobby lang ang magpasaya, magbenta, at bumili ng cheap items sa bidshot. sasabihin mo na "can not be trusted" ako, kaya pinoint ko lang sa yo kung gano karami nang transactions ang na complete ko sa bidshot.com. Kung gusto mong makabenta ng maraming items, wag ka masyado suspicious, tiwalaan ang transactions dito. nakaka irita ka kasi ka deal, para kang bading. ooopps, baka magalit ka hamunin mo ko away, ito naman e opinyon ko lang , ok? Baka i hack mo na naman ako, in your own words nga, "sayang naman ang pagiging HACKER mo, right?"  |

I design high-security websites. That explains my username. I’m new at BidShot.com and BidShot.tk, but I never said I am a beginner. I have been around much much earlier somewhere. I have participated as “Armageddon” in several online tech forums worldwide. You have nothing to lecture me, beginner.
It was never my intention to “makabenta ng maraming items” as I have very few unwanted things. I am a wise buyer, carefully evaluated and inspected lahat ng binibili ko, so I keep these things for a very long time without entertaining the thought when I should sell them.
You call yourself a “regular” member and you don’t even know if you fit the description.
If you understand English well, you should have noted that I used the word “may” and did not state outright that “users with numerous feedbacks have selling at BidShot their main business activity.” You’re not only a liar. “Slow” ka rin.
I did not receive a warning in my email, but I received from BidShot and email stating that they are now closely monitoring your bidding/selling activities.
Our choice of words in these threads and the way we construct statements suggests kung sino ang “bading”.
I have answered most, if not all of your concerns/issues, while you answer only to ridicule. And you continuously avoid the issue of your being a liar.
Again, my login name or user name does not affect my capacity to enter into an “honest transaction” at BidShot. Your being a liar DOES.

Medyo hindi nagko-conform ang style of writing ni Jeff sa mga forums/threads dito, I hope you notice it.
I call him LIAR and "Slow" to stress my point. I'm not insulting, I'm proving my case. I think Jeff's use of "bading" is unnecessary and his writing is something short of "intellectual" and "respectful" manner.
I have presented my case in a very logical manner. With facts and in chronological manner for everyone's use before they render their own judgement on me and Jeff's being a LIAR (which affects his capacity to enter into an "honest transaction" at BidShot.
What Jeff have written so far are all ridicules (and in the process violates BidShot.tk's own rules) and have failed to state anything to deny my accusations.
Jeff and I were given enough time and writing space to explain. Kung sinayang niya ang pagkakataon niya na mag-explain sa isang intelihente at kagalanggalang na pamamaraan, it's not my shortcoming.
This would be my last post for this thread.
Neutral parties can render their judgement at this point.

Please guys ... if you want to post ... lets try to be more careful on our words ... ako medyo tahimik lang dito pero eto yung iniiwasan ko noon pa .... (kasi some say .. dapat mag salita at malaman ng iba) .. pero kung ganito lang ang mangyayari .... then i will now be very strick with this kind of thread. So guys .... sorry kung may mapansin kayong nabago or something na .. na delete yung post ninyo .. for sure alam na ninyo na baka maging maka offense sa iba or sa taong sinasabihan ....
