Obvious naman that Bidshot has a lot of members who are "expert" cellphone sellers. So i guess i'm asking you guys to help answer this question.
I go around greenhills looking for accessories and honestly i have a hard time telling WHICH IS ORIGINAL AND WHICH IS FAKE
HELP NAMAN...

I've read once somewhere in the deepest bowels of the internet, never to buy a mobile phone they claim to be made in GERMANY. Not only was this "daw" tampered, but is also missing a lot of features! Example "daw" was the Germany 6210 -- caller group feature is missing + low calendar storage space.

What accesories ba yung hinahanap mo? Minsan kasi .. mata ko na lang pinag judge ko ... kasi makikita naman yung quality kung maganda or fake eh? when it comes to casing, leather holster, cables etc ... Pero kapag batteries naman ... i'll make sure na di made in China .... at makikita mo rin minsan yung fake battery kapag medyo di proportion yung itsura .. i mean .. minsan .. parang naka emboss yung iba (parang lumobo) .... kaya binibili kong battery made in Czek or made in Hungary ..... woodie520  |

the two accessories kasi i most often look for are batteries and xpress covers. yung xpress covers you can usually tell by the fit on the phone and how nicely the plastic is molded. pag battery, i have a really hard time telling which is fake. twice nako bumili ng "original" tapos less than 6 months lang tumagal...  |

Mga dude - when I'm there, to be sure of the quality that you are purchasing - buy only from AUTHORIZED DEALERS. Though medyo, or talagang, mahal from the bangketa and tiyangge - you are assured naman of the quality and performance of what you're seling.

pag battery, i have a really hard time telling which is fake. twice nako bumili ng "original" tapos less than 6 months lang tumagal... Hi,Joel! The battery you bought as "original" may NOKIA hologram logo sticker? I think price is also to be considered. I bought the 8850 BLB-2 battery (Item No. 1024195734) for P500.00. Though sa message board what seller said is 'Made in Japan' actually 'Made in China' (guess was overlooked by the seller)-comes with the Nokia hologram naman. The replacement batteries he also sells for only P160.00 but without Nokia logo. |

di ko sure kung alam nyo na 'to pero kahapon ko lang nakita:
for the original nokia batteries which are compatible w/ 5110, 6110, 7110, 6210; eto yung security feature nya...
1) may nokia hologram sticker (if you try to take it off, napupunit)
2) yung isang sticker (the one that has the info), if you put it under a UV lamp, may lumalabas na "invisible" stock number on the sticker

I'm now more than confused w/regards to what battery is original. The battery packaged w/Nokia 3310s are made in China na rin without the Nokia hologram though with Globe sticker. So its original I thought coz it's from Globe. My wife bought two units of the 3310s brand new from Globe for my daughter and her yaya. One of the batteries (Li-On both made in china) that came with it was defective. When you initially charge one of the batteries the charging stops in less than five minutes while the other battery goes through its charge normally. I do sell one of the 3310 batteries of the NIMH type which I gave as replacement to the 3310 Li-on of my daughter's yaya Its made in China too SEALED and comes with the corresponding 1 month warranty sticker from HK Telecom. Its better than the one packaged with the 3310s from Globe:)
