Which DSL is best?

Please post your opinion on DSL connection is best? In our location, there are three Telcos giving out (for a fee of course) DSL connections: Supercom (PT&T), PLDT, Digitel.

I wanna know the best before I subscribe to one of them. BTW, both PLDT and Digitel are async connection while PT&T is a sync one.
